The Saturday lunchtime recital is the slot we reserve for a highly talented young musician who, although still at the beginning of their career, we consider worthy of a full recital. Emmanuel first played for us in 2005 and I have followed his growing career with great interest. He combines an outstanding technique with a musicianship beyond his years. Emmanuel was recently awarded 1st prize in the Dudley international piano competition, a previous winner of which was Paul Lewis.
